The Lunatik Clothing Guarantee
We guarantee all of our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects and will accept any defective item for refund or exchange.
Up until 30 days from original purchase:
Luatik Clothing will accept returns on unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise for full refund. Refunds must be accompanied by the original receipt and will be made in the form of the original payment. If the original receipt is unavailable, we'll make an exchange or issue a merchandise credit based on the most recent selling price.
After you make a purchase on the Lunatik Clothing website, each shipped package is accompanied with a packing slip with details regarding merchandise purchased and payment information. If you aren’t satisfied with your purchase, follow the directions below in order to insure that your payment is properly credited back to your account or your exchange is properly completed..
If you would like other items in exchange for your original purchase, please specify which replacement items you would like on the packing slip when you ship your returned item. Pack all items in a secure carton and make sure to enclose the packing slip.

Shipping & handling is not refundable for returns.

All orders are shipped by USPS. Please allow 3-6 business days for ground shipping.
At this time, we do not offer expedited delivery. We will be offering this in the future. STAY TUNED.
If an item runs out of stock before your order is processed, a refund will be automatically issued back to your credit card or Paypal account within two to three business days.

WHAT TYPE OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept both credit cards and Paypal. The credit cards we accept are Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. We do not accept personal checks or money orders.
DO YOU ACCEPT INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
As of right now we do not ship out of the United States. Stay posted because we are working on it, hope to be doing it shortly.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER?
We take up to 48 hours to process an order. Domestic orders will be shipped out via USPS. Delivery on an order using USPS ground takes about 3-6 business days depending on location.
